National Ranking: Top 60 Players

Disclaimer: We do not rank players until they are in or going into their 9th-grade year. As someone who has played and coached at nearly every level, I can confidently tell you that a lot can change within those earlier years of a player. We have seen young players ranked throughout elementary and middle school and go on to high school, never touching a court, and vice-versa. Players who were off the radar have gone on to play college basketball and beyond.

At Hooprise, we travel extensively and observe a lot of basketball, which gives us a unique perspective on young talent. For the class of 2029 and below, we have compiled a list of extraordinary players that have stood out to us at tournaments and circuits. While this list is not a formal ranking, it serves to highlight some of the most promising young players and teams that we believe have the potential to make a significant impact in the future.
